Adam Itzkowitz

Adam Itzkowitz is the managing partner of the Itzkowitz Law Firm, PLLC. He represents people and businesses throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Itzkowitz has been admitted to practice before all Florida state courts since 2016.Mr. Itzkowitz divides his practice between personal injury matters, property damage claims, and sophisticated commercial transactions. Many of his clients are people who have been harmed by the negligence of other parties in cases stemming from motor vehicle crashes, animal attacks, premises liability and boating accidents, and he has been able to help them obtain significant compensation for the losses that they have sustained as a result. Mr. Itzkowitz's experience extends to general business matters as well, including partner or shareholder disputes, contract breaches, employment discrimination, insurance coverage, collections, landlord-tenant matters, and intellectual property infringement.While law is his profession, Mr. Itzkowitz has long had an interest in the restaurant business as well, and he has owned several such establishments along with a management and consulting group. He devotes a portion of his legal practice to hospitality matters, including hotel, bars, restaurants, amusement parks and retail store liability laws.Mr. Itzkowitz majored in business and managerial economics at Dowling College and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2004. After being in private business, he then enrolled at Stetson University College of Law, and in 2014 he graduated with his law degree cum laude.
