Adam W. Neufer

Adam W. Neufer is a Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, and a partner at Moradi Neufer LLP (with offices in San Francisco,  San Mateo, and Oakland, California). Possessing more than 15 years of legal experience, Mr. Neufer has achieved notable success counseling and guiding a wide range of clients throughout his region.Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Neufer has gained invaluable experience handling highly contentious custody proceedings in both domestic and international jurisdiction disputes as well as complex property and business valuations, executive compensation, and venture capitalist investment issues for high-asset clients. He has also helped numerous clients obtain the protection they need from their abusers in domestic violence cases.In all cases, Mr. Neufer works closely with all the clients he serves to provide the personalized attention they need as he develops customized solutions and strategies aimed at helping them achieve their goals efficiently. Recognized for his success, he has earned a reputation as an emerging leader in his field, and he has received numerous awards, honors and high ratings from both his peers and clients alike.A 2005 graduate of California State University-Sacramento, Mr. Neufer earned his Juris Doctor in 2009 from Golden Gate University School of Law. While in law school, he won the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for advanced legal writing and appellate advocacy. Along with practicing before all California state courts, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Additionally, he is the former vice president of the Autism Society of California.
