Among other significant cases,  she assisted clients in the fashion industry with trademark and copyright infringements and combatting counterfeits. She also has extensive experience representing attorneys in disciplinary hearings before the Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts' Grievance Committees as well as advocating on behalf of the First Amendment rights of small entertainment companies.Through her estate planning and administration practice, Ms. Besunder delivers exceptional counsel and support to clients to help them protect themselves and their assets for the future while also assisting them with creating lasting legacies for their heirs and loved ones. She also serves on the adjunct legal faculty at Columbia Law School, where she teaches classes on estate planning.Moreover, Ms. Besunder is the former co-chair of the New York State Bar Association's Special Task Force on Privacy Law, and of the association's Technology Committee.  She is also a member of the Brooklyn Bar Association.
