Amy M. McKinlay

Amy M. McKinlay is the founder of McKinlay Law Offices, LLC, located in Columbus, Ohio. Providing representation to clients in the Columbus metropolitan area and throughout the state, she focuses her practice exclusively in the area of family law, with representative matters including divorce, child support, child custody, spousal support and visitation rights.Ms. McKinlay graduated summa cum laude from Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio, with her Bachelor of Arts in 1992. She then went on to pursue her legal education at Capital University Law School in Columbus, where she served on the Capital University Law Review before graduating magna cum laude with her Juris Doctor in 1996. While in law school, Ms. McKinlay was a member of both the Order of the Curia and Phi Alpha Delta. After graduation, Ms. McKinlay worked for a domestic relations and family law firm in Columbus for more than 17 years before leaving to found her own firm in March 2015. She is licensed to practice law before all of the state courts of Ohio as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.Ms. McKinlay is board-certified as a specialist in family relations law by the Ohio State Bar Association.
