Andrew Van Wagner

Andrew Van Wagner is an experienced trial lawyer who has dedicated his entire career to aggressively representing victims injured by the wrongful acts of others in motor vehicle and trucking collisions, premises liability, and other complex and catastrophic injury matters.   Mr. Van Wagner’s zealous advocacy and trial experience have resulted in multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for injury victims and their families. His work has also been recognized by his peers. From 2016 to 2023, Mr. Van Wagner was consistently selected as aRising Starby Pennsylvania Super Lawyers.  This honor is only given to 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40 in Pennsylvania. In 2025, he was nominated by his peers and selected as a Super Lawyer in the Personal Injury Practice Area which is an honor given only to 5% of all attorneys in Pennsylvania.  He has also been selected as aTop Trial Attorneyby SJ Magazine and aTop Personal Injury Attorneyby Suburban Life Magazine.   In January of 2023, Mr. Van Wagner obtained a $3 million dollar verdict for a client who slipped and fell at an auto dealership. In 2023 this verdict was the 4th highest in the State of New Jersey was one of the top 50 highest premises liability verdicts in the country.     Mr. Van Wagner is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Law. While in Law School, Mr. Van Wagner was a member of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal serving as both a staff writer and as managing editor. His article, A Look at a Melting Arctic and the Hot Competition for its Resources, was chosen for publication and he was later chosen to give a lecture on his article at the Michigan State University College of Law.   Mr. Van Wagner maintains close affiliations with many prominent legal organizations, including the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice. For the many verdicts and settlements he has garnered for his clients, he was inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Van Wagner is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
