Angle Educational Trust Legal Scholarship Award and the Widener University School of Law Distinguished Service Award. He also served as associate staff member and business/external managing editor of the Widener Law Journal.Outside his legal practice, Mr. Hoover supports his local community through his involvement with various charitable and civic organizations. He is a former board member of the Community Justice Project, and volunteered his time and legal services with Mid Penn Legal Services and other pro bono efforts.
