Barbara J. Strauss

Attorney Barbara J. Strauss is a partner at Strauss & Kallus Law Offices in Goshen, New York. Ms. Strauss practices family and criminal law and serves clients throughout the Hudson Valley, New York, region. She has experience with divorce litigation, child support, child neglect, custody and visitation.Mr. Strauss has been licensed to practice law since 1980 and has litigated at the trial and appellate levels. She is an experienced litigator and familiar with collaborative law techniques such as arbitration and mediation. She is admitted before all New York state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Supreme Court of the United States.In addition to her practice, Ms. Strauss has taught at a variety of seminars and continuing legal education events. She earned her law degree from New York University School of Law.
