Barry H. Hinden

The founder of and the managing partner at Hinden & Breslavsky, Barry Harris Hinden devotes the primary portion of his practice to assisting people who have been injured on the job or who have developed an occupational disease. Located in Los Angeles, he represents clients throughout the region, including Orange County and other parts of Southern California. Mr. Hinden has been admitted to practice before all California state courts since 1974.California workplaces can often be hazardous, and yet even the most seemingly benign job sites such as offices can produce accidents and illnesses. Mr. Hinden has helped countless numbers of clients navigate what can be a confusing workers’ compensation benefits system, and he assists people who have been injured in falls or struck by falling objects as well as those who have developed carpal tunnel syndrome, mesothelioma from exposure to asbestos, bursitis, arthritis, or a loss of eyesight or hearing. At the outset, he works with them to ensure that the required claim contains all necessary information and that it is filed on a timely basis.
