Bayardo E. Alemán

A renowned employment law attorney in Florida, Bayardo E. Alemán is the founding attorney of the firm Aleman Law located in Dave. He primarily represents organizations and companies throughout South Florida in a wide range of employment law matters. He provides advice on various employment issues and litigates matters including noncompetition and nonsolicitation, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, whistleblowing, and wage and hour disputes.
