Benjamin H. Davidson

Ben Davidson is a trial lawyer who has handled cases for plaintiffs and defendants all over Texas.  These have included medical malpractice, oil and gas matters, partnership disputes, breaches of contract and defamation. A native of Littlefield, Texas, Ben graduated with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983 and received his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1986. He has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1986, maintains an AV Martindale Hubbell rating, is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocacy.
