Beth D. Bradley

Beth is a founding member of the firm. She concentrates her practice in insurance coverage and appellate matters, and is board certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Beth has represented primary and excess insurers, policyholders, agents, and reinsurers in a variety of coverage-related litigation and appeals. Her practice includes issues arising from commercial and personal liability and property coverages, as well as professional liability, Wraps and OCIPs and specialty lines. She has also served on arbitration panels resolving insurance disputes and acts as a mediator for coverage disputes.Beth is active in State Bar activities and involved in planning and presenting at continuing education events. She is a past Chair of the Insurance Law Section of the State Bar.
