Beth di Santo

Beth di Santo is a Partner atdi Santo Law PLLC, a full service law firm with offices located in New York and Miami.  Ms. di Santo practices corporate and securities law, focusing on private equity, crowdfunding, oil and gas law, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions.  Ms. di Santo specializes in online capital raising & crowdfunding transactions, including Regulation D 506(c) offerings, Regulation CF offerings, Regulation A+ Mini-IPOs and peer-to-peer lending platforms.Beth also serves as outside General Counsel for oil and gas companies and real estate investment trust (REITs). In this capacity, Beth routinely advises on public and private securities offerings, corporate governance matters, litigation management, employment matters, equity compensation, intracompay agreements and master services agreements.Beth received her J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from The University of Miami School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.  She holds membership in a number of professional associations, including the Oil and Gas Law - American Bar Association, Association of the Bar of the City of New York-Committee on Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Control; the Florida Bar Association-Business Law Section and Real Property, Trust and Probate Law Section; the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT); Securities Law Committee; and Commercial Real Estate Women (Miami Chapter).
