Bryan S. David

Revered within his legal community for his trailblazing advocacy in the space of aviation and aerospace law, Bryan S. David is no stranger to facing situations of maximal complexity, oftentimes overcoming them with ease, and with grace and poise. A partner at Cunningham Swaim, LLP, in Dallas, Texas, he serves residents throughout the surrounding region, as well as across the United States and throughout the globe.Mr. David completed his undergraduate studies in 1996, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in aviation science from Oklahoma State University. He went on to pursue legal studies at the Texas Tech University School of Law, where his shrewd legal acumen and talents shone through. During his time in law school, he was an articles editor for the Texas Tech Law Review, was awarded the Regents Scholarship and the Jurisprudence Award in family law, as well as was inducted into the Order of the Coif, among many others.Additionally, Mr. David was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in administrative law, and Texas trial and appellate procedure.
