Carmen G. Soto

A native of South Florida, Carmen G. Soto is the owner of her eponymous law firm. Based in Fort Lauderdale, she divides her practice between family law and consumer bankruptcy, representing clients throughout Broward County. Admitted to practice in Florida, Ms. Soto is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.The primary portion of Ms. Soto's family law practice involves her representation of clients whose marriages are coming to an end and who are thus needing to deal with property division, child custody and visitation, and spousal and child support.
