She is also certified as an elder law attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation as authorized by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.Ms. Sikov Gross participates in elder law related organizations and activities, including the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys, and had served as Vice President.  She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She was the founding chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Elder Law Committee and served as chair of the organization’s Probate and Trust Law Section.  She is also a Fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).  She previously served on the Elder Law Section council of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.Ms. Sikov Gross enjoys educating others on elder law topics. She has spoken for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Allegheny County Bar Association and other organizations throughout Allegheny County. She lectures on Elder Law at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at both the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University.
