Carol Sikov Gross

Attorney Carol Sikov Gross is the managing partner of Sikov and Love, P.A., in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Ms. Sikov Gross handles estates and probate matters after a loved one passes away as well as estate planning with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, trusts, and living wills. She practices in the area of elder law, representing clients with asset protection and long-term care planning, guardianships and special needs trusts, throughout the Pittsburgh metropolitan region.Ms. Sikov Gross earned a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and attained her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She is also certified as an elder law attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation as authorized by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.Ms. Sikov Gross participates in elder law related organizations and activities, including the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys, and had served as Vice President.  She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She was the founding chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Elder Law Committee and served as chair of the organization’s Probate and Trust Law Section.  She is also a Fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).  She previously served on the Elder Law Section council of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.Ms. Sikov Gross enjoys educating others on elder law topics. She has spoken for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Allegheny County Bar Association and other organizations throughout Allegheny County. She lectures on Elder Law at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at both the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University.
