Carolyn J. Lee

Carolyn J. Lee is a respected San Francisco attorney with over 10 years of legal know-how. She is a partner at the law firm of Lubin Olson & Niewiadomski LLP and dedicates her practice to the nuances of commercial real estate, land use, affordable housing and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).Ms. Lee offers her clients an extensive scope of services, which encompasses acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, formation of entities, growth, title and property due diligence reviews, land use and environmental matters. Her experience also includes representing clients in the development of affordable housing projects financed using tax-exempt bond and low-income housing tax credit programs, as well as United States Department of Housing and Urban Development’s financing and subsidy programs.Furthermore, Ms. Lee provides legal advice to developers, institutions and other property owners regarding the use of their properties by representing them in obtaining entitlements and permits.
