Caryn M. Green

The managing partner at Green Family Law, Caryn M. Green has been a member in good standing of The Florida Bar since 1996. She has also been certified as a specialist in marital and family law by The Florida Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization & Education Based in Orlando, Ms. Green represents clients throughout the central part of the state.Many of Ms. Green’s clients are the people who are facing the end of their marriages and who are thus having to cope with issues such as the division of complex assets and debts, spousal and child support, and child custody and visitation. Her experience in mediation and collaborative law often allows her to help them reach an accord on some or all of these matters through the use of those methods of alternative dispute resolution. However, when litigation proves to be necessary, Ms. Green is an effective and forceful courtroom advocate on their behalf.Apart from her divorce practice, Ms. Green helps clients whose marriages have already been dissolved and who are seeking to modify or enforce existing support and parenting court orders, and she regularly prepares and reviews prenuptial agreements.
