Cezar Torrez

Mr. Torrez graduated from Lincoln Law School with a Juris Doctor in 2015, after graduating from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. When he earned his undergraduate degree, he was named by the History Department as a Distinguished Scholar.Admitted to practice in the state of California, Mr. Torrez understands the unique challenges that the hard workers of the state face. He is fluent in both Spanish and English, and he was a restaurant worker, construction worker, retail worker and paratransit driver in his former jobs.
