Founding partner of Sturm Law PLLC, Charles A. Serving those in the Houston metropolitan and the surrounding areas, Mr. Sturm is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Labor & Employment law.Mr. Sturm earned his law degree with honors from the University of Houston in 1997, and has worked tirelessly since then for employees and employers dealing with issues of unpaid overtime, sexual harassment claims, trade secret litigation, noncompete clause and employment agreement disputes, and violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act.
