Charles Christensen

Attorney Charles Christensen is the Managing Partner at Christensen & Spath LLP in San Diego, California, where he focuses his practice on state, local and municipal law, as well as construction litigation, real estate law and general civil litigation. He serves clients throughout the San Diego area.Over the course of his more than 47 years in practice, Mr. Christensen has represented private clients and public entities in many complex civil matters. His cases have involved administrative law, construction defect litigation, contractor claims and defenses, housing law, mechanic’s liens, and land planning and redevelopment law.
