Charles McFarland is the founder of McFarland PLLC, located in Houston, Texas. With a practice exclusively focused on condemnation and eminent domain, Charles represents landowners who are seeking just compensation after the government takes private land for public use. The majority of his cases involve highway construction projects, which raise complex legal issues of public infrastructure, real estate, and transportation.
