Chase A. Mallory

Co-founder of Sabol & Mallory Law Firm, Chase A. Mallory handles DUI and criminal defense cases in the state of Ohio with a focus on the central area of the state. Columbus CEO magazine named Mr. Mallory one of the Top Lawyers in Ohio, and over the last decade, he has been listed in The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100.In 2005, Mr. Mallory graduated from Muskingum University with a Bachelor of Arts in economics. In 2006, he completed a study abroad program with the Penn State Dickinson Law. He then attended Florida Coastal School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2008. Mr. Mallory is currently admitted to practice in the state of Ohio and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.Because of his passion and experience in his field, Mr. Mallory has had regular speaking engagements with Capital University, the DUI Defense Lawyers Association and the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is currently a member of the Columbus Bar Association, the CBA Judicial Screening Committee and the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is a founding member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association.Mr. Mallory has completed the training to administer roadside Standardized Field Sobriety Tests that law enforcement officials are required to complete through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Throughout his career, Mr. Mallory has conducted over 100 suppression hearings and tried more than 40 cases.
