Chelsea Rubin

Chelsea has represented injured and disabled individuals in workers’ compensation and Social Security disability appeals for over a decade. She is not hesitant to appeal unfavorable decisions to state and federal courts and will continue fighting for her clients to obtain a successful result. She has appeared before the Ohio Supreme Court, the Second, Third, and Tenth District Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.  She obtained her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and she received her B.A. from New York University.
