Chris S. Stewart

Chris Stewart is a trial lawyer who represents clients from a variety of industries in patent disputes and business litigation. His track record in all phases of litigation includes work as trial and appellate counsel in cases involving medical devices, mobile payments, semiconductors, and secure communications. Chris is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Missouri, the Eastern District of Michigan, and the Eastern District of Wisconsin, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He previously served as a law clerk to Texas Supreme Court Justice Debra Lehrmann after working as an intern for then-Chief Judge Royce Lamberth of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
