Christopher Casserly

Christopher Casserly is a partner at The Law Offices of Gregory P. LaMonaca.  He focuses his practice on divorce and family law matters, representing clients throughout Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, and Philadelphia counties along with other parts of the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area from the firm’s offices in Media, Pennsylvania.As an undergraduate, Mr. Casserly attended Providence College in Rhode Island, where he majored in English and French and received a Bachelor of Arts in 2009. He then moved to Pennsylvania to pursue a legal education at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.Mr. Casserly devotes his practice to a wide array of family-related legal issues, such as the division of complex marital estates, child custody and visitation, alimony, and child support. Mr. Casserly takes a proactive approach in working to negotiate a comprehensive settlement agreement that meets his clients' needs, but where talks are unproductive or break down, Chris is very comfortable in the courtroom.
