As shareholder of the Buckingham Doolittle & Burroughs, LLC* he has the ability to handle complex commercial case throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania.In 1987, Mr. Niekamp earned a Bachelor of Science from Miami University. He participated in the exchange program with Western Law, receiving a Juris Doctor in 1990 from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.Mr. Niekamp’s clientele includes small businesses, large corporations, debtors and creditors. He has guided many parties through Chapter 11 bankruptcy, including trustees, creditor committees and secured lenders. Adept at all aspects of business law, he has negotiated commercial leases, reviewed employment agreements, prepared documents for corporate acquisitions and counseled nonprofits on 501 (c)(3) information.
