Clark C. Hampe, Jr.

Practicing law at the Hampe Law Firm, PLLC, Clark C. Hampe Jr. functions as the Managing Member at the Tyler-based firm.  Focusing his practice on two fields of law, he provides sound counsel to individuals and organizations across the state of Texas on matters involving aviation law, and oil and gas law.With a major in political science, Clark graduated from Southern Methodist University earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2002.  After two years, he joined the Texas A&M University School of Law and secured his Juris Doctor degree in 2007, following which he was admitted to practice law in Texas and served two  years gaining experience in oil and gas title research by working as a supervisory landman with a Fort Worth-based land service broker.Having now drafted over 1,000 title opinions, Clark has also facilitated leasehold acquisitions and divestitures worth more than $1.5 billion since 2013.  From analyzing and drafting all types of industry agreements and assisting companies with regulatory compliance, he has extensive experience in providing legal opinions and representation to various production and exploration companies in the energy sector.An esteemed and well-respected attorney in the legal community of Texas, Clark is a member of the Oil Gas & Energy Resources Law and Aviation Law Sections of the State Bar of Texas.
