The Ohio State Bar Association admitted him to practice that same year, and he is also admitted to practice in Pennsylvania as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Ohio, U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third, Fourth and Sixth Circuits, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.  In 2019 he was admitted to practice law in Virginia and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. He is also admitted to numerous other Federal District Courts around the United States.Widely regarded as a leader in his field, Mr. Farrell has written extensively and conducted numerous lectures and seminars on a variety of legal topics, and he previously served on the adjunct faculty at Columbus State Community College.
