Craig Haston

Craig Haston is the founding attorney of The Haston Law Firm, P.C., located in Houston, Texas. Since 1992 Mr. Haston has represented clients throughout North Houston, Harris County, and surrounding communities in family law matters. Board certified since 1999, by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in family law, he handles complex property cases, child custody and support, modifications and enforcement of orders and premarital agreements. He is also a trained and experienced family law mediator, credited with hundreds of successful mediations, and is a frequent writer and speaker on a variety of family law related topics.Mr. Haston is a current fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, a member of the State Bar of Texas Family Law Council, past-chair of the Houston Bar Association Family Law Section, and Past-Chair of Gulf Coast Family Law Specialists. He is also a life member of the Texas Family Law Foundation, working to promote legislation in Texas to benefit the families of Texas.
