Daniel D'Costa

Daniel is the managing partner of D’Costa Law, P.C., a nationally recognized law firm representing investors to recover their investment losses. Daniel also serves as counsel to medical providers and injured persons in matters relating to collection of no-fault benefits, workers’ compensation, and personal injury. Daniel has extensive experience in New York State and Federal Court.  Daniel also has arbitration experience before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the National Futures Association (NFA), and the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
