Daniel J. Lynch

Daniel J. Lynch relocated from the San Francisco Bay Area to the greater Sacramento area in 2007 and has enjoyed the many advantages the area provides. Mr. Lynch received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Geneva College and his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law. While in law school, he won prestigious awards as a top-notch moot court advocate and competitor. Mr. Lynch placed 4th in team competition in the 2006 Federal Bar Association Thurgood Marshall Regional Moot Court Competition and was ranked in the top three best advocates in the entire tournament. Mr. Lynch was also appointed to the Regent Moot Court Board where he spent time organizing moot court tournaments and judging law student and undergraduate competitors. Mr. Lynch has been practicing law in California since 2007.Since becoming a licensed attorney, Mr. Lynch has gained much practical experience in family law and several other complementary areas of law, including tax law and consumer bankruptcy law. Mr. Lynch practices almost exclusively in the family law arena and is dedicated to assisting you in a cost-effective manner.
