Daniel Kim

Daniel Kim, the founder of his eponymous California law firm, who is fluent in English and Korean, focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury, specializing solely in motor vehicle accidents. With offices in Anaheim, Cerritos, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Los Angeles, Whittier, Riverside, Rancho Cucamonga, San Diego, San Jose, and Long Beach, he represents people whom the negligence of other parties has harmed. Admitted to practice in California, Mr. Kim is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.Most of the cases that Mr. Kim has worked on have involved all types of motor vehicle crashes, including but not limited to pedestrian vs. auto, truck, Uber & Lyft, motorcycles, and bicycle vs. auto accidents. His experience has also included catastrophic accidents with commercial policies as well. During his career, he has obtained well over $350 million in jury awards and negotiated settlements on behalf of his clients, earning him the respect of his colleagues. The recipient of both an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.0 "Superb" peer review rating through Avvo, Mr. Kim has also been named to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40. In addition, he is a member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, along with over 20 other awards and accolades.Mr. Kim served his country with distinction as a U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps member stationed in South Korea and Iraq. His undergraduate education was obtained at the University of Maryland, and he majored in business management before receiving a Bachelor of Science cum laude in 2007. Upon graduating, Mr. Kim was inducted into The Phi Beta Kappa Society. He subsequently enrolled at Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2013.
