Daniel M. Holzman

In matters of employment law, Daniel M. Holzman represents the people of Los Angeles as an attorney with Caskey & Holzman. Focused on holding employers accountable when they attempt to cut corners and avoid paying their employees, he is passionate about preventing any type of discrimination in the workplace.Mr. Holzman is admitted to practice in California and has over two decades of experience working in employment law in Los Angeles and the Ventura area. A lecturer for the Greater Los Angeles Agency on Deafness, he focuses much of his representation on those who are hard of hearing or deaf, helping them get the necessary accommodations in schools, workplaces, hospitals and other corporate settings.After earning a Bachelor of Arts in communication from California State University, Mr. Holzman went on to attend the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. There he graduated with his Juris Doctor and since then has represented many workers in California when they have been wrongfully terminated, not paid properly or harassed in the workplace.With a goal of providing a better future for every California worker, Mr. Holzman has been a part of changing policies regarding harassment or discrimination based on age, sex, race, mental condition, medical condition, sexual orientation, gender, religion, physical disability and sexual identity. Throughout his career, he has assisted thousands of employees in cases as simple as mileage when they use a vehicle for work purposes and as extensive as whistleblower and retaliation situations.
