Danielle Seitz

Danielle Levy Seitz is a Partner at the law firm of Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan, PLLC, in Fort Myers, Florida. Mrs. Seitz focuses her practice on family law, serving clients in Fort Myers, Cape Coral and throughout Lee County, Florida. She handles matters involving divorce and dissolution of marriage, adoptions, child support, custody, dependency, domestic violence, modifications, paternity and relocations, providing personalized and dedicated representation to her clients.Mrs. Seitz graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, with bachelor’s degrees in journalism and political science. She received her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.While pursuing her law degree, Mrs. Seitz served as senior editor of the Children’s Legal Rights Journal and received a certificate in child and family law. She obtained her license to practice law in Florida in 2012 and is qualified to appear before all Florida state courts.In addition to her practice, Mrs. Seitz is a member of the Lee County Bar Association and the Lee County Association for Women Lawyers. She enjoys giving back to her community and is the recipient of the Pro Bono Award of Excellence through Florida Rural Legal Services.Mrs. Seitz serves in various leadership roles in her community. She is the current President of the Board of Directors for the Family Resource Center of Southwest Florida, and currently serves as Co-chair for the Family Law Practice Section of the Lee County Bar Association. She is also involved with the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce. She is a former president of Business Networking International’s Edison Professionals chapter.
