Daryl G. Weinman

Certified as a specialist in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and focusing her practice exclusively on that area of the law, Daryl G. Weinman is the founder of Weinman & Associates, P.C. Based in Austin and represents clients throughout the region. Ms. Weinman is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.The majority of Ms. Weinman's practice is centered on divorce and its related issues, including child custody and visitation, spousal and child support, and the division of marital assets and debts. A graduate of Colgate University, where she majored in economics and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1988, she subsequently attended New York Law School and was awarded her Juris Doctor in 1994.
