Mr. Roth has more than two decades of experience representing "underdog" personal injury victims against powerful corporations, insurance companies and municipalities. He prides himself on fighting for individuals throughout New York who are unable to fight for themselves.Mr. Roth earned his undergraduate degree from the University at Buffalo in 1988. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 1991. He is admitted to practice law before the state courts in New York, New Jersey, California and Virginia, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.Mr. Roth founded Roth & Roth, LLP, after being asked to take over the practices of two successful attorneys who were physically unable to continue managing them. On account of Mr. Roth's exemplary skill and breadth of knowledge, many of the clients from both practices have chosen to continue working with the firm.Mr. Roth is a member of the American Association for Justice and the National Employment Lawyers Association, and he sits on the board of directors for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
