Experienced in both criminal and civil litigation, he handles cases of insurance bad faith, criminal law, railroad claims, sexual assault, products liability, workplace injury, civil rights, accounting and legal malpractice, medical malpractice, underinsured motorist, premises liability, defective highway actions against PennDOT, liquor liability, pedestrian accidents and automobile and truck accidents.
