David B. Smith

David Smith is the managing partner of Smith Kane Holman, LLC, a business boutique law firm with offices in Malvern, PA and Philadelphia, PA. David represents businesses and business owners in a wide variety of contexts. David has extensive experience in providing debt counseling services to commercial clients in the context of loan workouts and Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. Having appeared before a variety of state and federal courts, he also has extensive commercial litigation experience.
