David M. Strano

A partner at Miller, Montiel & Strano, P.C., since 2001, David M. Strano focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Based in Garden City, New York, he represents clients in Nassau and Suffolk counties and throughout other parts of the greater New York City metropolitan area. Mr. Strano became admitted to practice before all New York state courts in 1994.Mr. Strano is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology, where he majored in architectural technology and received a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in 1990. He then went on to pursue his legal education at St. John’s University School of Law in Queens. While he was there, Mr. Strano participated in the school’s moot court team that finished first in a national competition before obtaining his Juris Doctor cum laude in 1993.Mr. Strano represents clients who have incurred economic and noneconomic losses due to the negligence or recklessness of other people or entities. He has handled a variety of these types of cases throughout his career, and his experience has encompassed medical malpractice, automobile and other motor vehicle crashes, construction site accidents, and premises liability.
