A board-certified civil and personal injury trial lawyer by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, David Russell has been a legal stalwart in Amarillo since 1987. With a prosperous career of over 37 years, he has passionately dedicated himself to offering top-tier advocacy and support to clients across the Texas panhandle. At Smithee & Russell, LLP, his practice encompasses mediation, commercial litigation and personal injury litigation.Beginning his journey primarily defending personal injury cases, Mr. Russell eventually shifted his focus to representing injured plaintiffs.
