Numerous published settlements, including: $12.5M confidential result for a woman who was severely injured in a head on collision caused by a commercial truck driver, a $5M result for an injured woman in her 70’s and her husband who was killed in a head on collision caused by a negligent drive $4.9M settlement in Contra Costa County in 2022 for a driver seriously injured in a car accident with a cement truck; $4.67M court judgment in San Mateo County for a client seriously injured in a motorcycle accident; $4.6M settlement for a pain management physician who sustained an impalement injury in a trip and fall accident; $4.5M for a woman in her 60's struck by a vehicle in a San Francisco crosswalk who sustained a brain bleed that required hospitalization and surgery; $2.525M for two pedestrians struck by an agricultural vehicle; $1.75M for a driver who required back surgery after being rear-ended by a commercial truck; $1.5M for a driver who sustained a surgical clavicle injury and concussion in a car accident; and $825,000 for a client injured by a dangerous sidewalk.
