Derek Howard

Mr. Howard's practice covers class actions, complex business litigation, sport-related disputes and business counseling. He has acted as Lead Counsel in groundbreaking class actions which have led to substantial and newsworthy recoveries in the millions of dollars. Mr. Howard's ongoing speaking engagements, counseling and writings cover a variety of current developments in financial litigation, trust disputes and financial fraud. Mr. Howard is active in community, volunteer and pro bono activities, serving local and national non-profit and community organizations. He serves as an Adjunct Professor at the university of San Francisco Sport Management Graduate Program
