Diego J. Arredondo

Diego J. Arredondo is partner at SioliAlexanderPino and represents clients in matters of commercial litigation and insurance defense. He represents small businesses, individuals and larger institutional clients in the Miami, Florida, and Miami Dade County area. In both federal and state courts in the United States, he is a successful negotiator and litigator. He also has experience working with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in New York, where he helped with the prosecution of defendants.At the University of Miami, Mr. Arredondo earned a bachelor’s in business administration, graduating in 2006. He then attended law school at Fordham University School of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2010. Admitted to practice in both Florida and New York, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.Fluent in both Spanish and English, Mr. Arredondo is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association and a member of the nonprofit organization Foundry of Cannonball. He is especially invested in the arts and has often provided pro bono legal services in the industry.During his long, successful career, he has done the simple job of organizing startup businesses and the more complex task of managing multimillion-dollar disputes in federal litigation, highlighting his versatility in size and scope of the case. Mr. Arredondo now focuses most of his work on corporate transactions and formation, intellectual property, commercial disputes and defense.
