Dina Haddad

The founder of Families First Mediation, P.C., Dina Haddad has been practicing law in the state for more than 18 years. Basing her practice in San Jose, she extends her services to people throughout California. Focusing on divorce and family law, she uses mediation and collaborative law to resolve issues tugging between individuals and families.Ms. Haddad established the firm to ensure quality and affordable legal services to those who are grappling with the problems of a bad marriage or partnership. Following that, she joined the University of California Law San Francisco to earn her J.D., where she also secured the American Jurisprudence Award for wills and trusts, and trial advocacy, along with other awards recognizing her erudition. She went on to secure a master’s degree in law with a concentration in mediation (ADR) from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in 2010.With her experience in mediation, Ms. Haddad often sits as a judge pro tempore for the personal property arbitration at Santa Clara County. She is also a family law mediator with a selective panel of neutrals at the Agency for Dispute Resolution.
