Donna Stockham

Donna DeVaney Stockham received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, St. Petersburg, Florida, cum laude. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997. She belongs to several associations including the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA), Windstorm Insurance Network, The Florida Bar and The Texas Bar. She is on the Board of Directors for the Windstorm Insurance Network and has been elected the incoming Secretary. Mrs. Stockham is also a distinguished member of the Tampa Bay Business Journal Leadership Trust. Mrs. Stockham represents homeowners, boat owners, business owners, condominium associations, hotels, churches, and monasteries in property damage insurance litigation claims. Mrs. Stockham is often asked to speak to organizations and associations about property insurance law.She is AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated™ by Martindale-Hubbell®, was selected for inclusion to the Florida Super Lawyers® list for twelve (12) consecutive years (2013-2024). Her outstanding knowledge and experience awarded her the opportunity to speak at the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS), Property Insurance Law Committee, Spring CLE meeting in Carlsbad, California on the topic of Mediating Property Insurance Cases as well as at Windstorm and FAPIA conferences. She is the Co-Chair of the Windstorm Insurance Network Conference in Dallas, Texas in January 2025. In addition to the above achievements and awards, she received a rating of 5.0 out of 5.0 from peers from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review.
