She pursued her undergraduate studies at Davidson College in North Carolina and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She then went on to attend Tulane Law School where she clerked at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Louisiana. She obtained her Juris Doctor in 2016 and her bar license in the same year.
