Elizabeth K. (Liz) Duggan

Elizabeth K. (Liz) Duggan is a passionate advocate for the rights of the accused and a staunch supporter of social justice. She is an associate attorney at the Austin-based law firm Cofer & Connelly, PLLC, in Texas. Her legal career is marked by a dedication to the comprehensive defense of her clients throughout the state.Ms. Duggan obtained her undergraduate degree in sociology from Texas A&M University in 2017, followed by her Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, in 2021. She was admitted to the Texas bar that same year. Her law school achievements are numerous; she led as the chair of the board of advocates and contributed as an editorial member to The Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Race and Social Justice.Moreover, Ms. Duggan was distinguished as a recipient of the prestigious Order of Barristers.
