Ms. Ondriezek is passionate about helping families, whether through the emotional process of a dissolution, the satisfying finalization of an adoption, or in a juvenile delinquency or dependency situation. In the family law arena, Ms. Ondriezek handles all matters, including but not limited to: Paternity; Name changes; Injunctions for Protection; newborn, stepchild and relative adoptions.She is a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator and uses those skills in negotiating favorable outcomes for clients as well as in assisting represented and pro se parties to reach mediated settlement agreements. Most recently, she has added the designation of foreclosure mediator to her repertoire of skills.Ms. Ondriezek is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and uses her financial expertise to protect her clients' interests. Few attorneys hold this dual designation.Ms. Ondriezek has chaired the Juvenile Law Section of the Jacksonville Bar Association and organized numerous CLEs and conferences. She held the position of Barrister in the Florida Family Law Inn of Court for several years. She is an active member of the Catholic Lawyers Guild as well, and served as secretary, president, and vice-president. She is a member of the Florida Adoption Council, comprising adoption professionals from across the state.In a pro bono capacity, Ms. Ondriezek served as a Guardian ad Litem when requested to do so by Dependency Court judges. She currently acts as an Attorney ad Litem as well in that division.
