Ellen G. Smith

When Ellen G. Smith graduated from law school, she began her legal career as an assistant state attorney. After three years, she joined Boyle, Leonard & Anderson, P.A., as an associate attorney. She is a Tampa Bay native and handles a lot of cases from the area as well as all across the state. The cases that tend to land on her desk include risk transfer issues, insurance coverage disputes and commercial general liability.Mrs. Smith first began her academic career in human sciences. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2008 from Florida State University. During this time, she earned honors and was a member of the Order of Omega Honor Society, the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society and the Golden Key Honor Society. She completed her J.D. in 2011 at Florida Coastal School of Law and graduated Magna cum laude.While pursuing her degrees, Mrs. Smith also worked hard to rack up impressive internships. One of these included working at Jacksonville’s Office of General Counsel as a certified legal intern. Her career as a practicing attorney has also brought numerous recognitions.Mrs. Smith maintains a delicate balance between career and family. She is happily married and is a proud mother to two amazing children.
