Eric Franklin

Driven by a strong desire to offer high-quality services that make the legal system more accessible to individuals and businesses, Eric Franklin established the law firm of Franklin, Franklin & Associates in Beaumont, Texas. In 2006, he obtained his master’s degree in liberal arts and sciences, general studies and humanities from St. Edward’s University. He then attended South Texas College of Law Houston to acquire his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2017, winning the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, the Claire Ruskin Mudge Endowed Scholarship and the Fred Parks Faculty Scholarship.A student member of the Phi Delta Phi and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, Society of Scholars, Mr. Franklin was highly engaged in the student-run scholarly publication called South Texas Law Review and the South Texas Advocacy’s Moot Court team. From the Southern Illinois University School of Law, he received first place and the best respondent brief award in the 2016 National Health Law Moot Court Competition.Mr. Franklin is qualified to practice law in all Texas state courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. A diligent and aggressive attorney, he relentlessly pursues the resolution of his clients’ cases. When it comes to protecting his clients' interests, he leaves no stone unturned to ensure that his clients receive compensation and justice. He is the president and founding member of the Ukraine War Relief, a 501(c)(3) charity organization.
